Serra de Tramuntana oil is a centuries-old product, extracted from the local variety of olive that grows in the area, with the effort involved in harvesting the fruit on terraces that are difficult to access, a difficulty that the producers of yesteryear did not back down from. The harsh conditions made it difficult to reach the corners of the Sierra de Tramontana where the last olive tree was planted, so that access on foot and manual work with the tools they were able to carry were imposed. The times have not changed much for this area, an environment that continues to make demands on those who obtain a treasure for the most sybarites.

They have adhered to the Serra de Tramuntana World Heritage Label:
