Sensitisation

The aims of the Serra de Tramuntana World Heritage Consortium include the promotion of initiatives and projects aimed at improving knowledge and appreciation of the natural environment and cultural heritage. More specifically, the aims described in the Statutes include:

• the promotion of initiatives that contribute to preserving the values and activities that have made it possible to designate the Serra de Tramuntana as a world heritage site
• the promotion of the involvement of private initiative in the conservation and enhancement of the cultural landscape and heritage values of the Serra, in particular by promoting land stewardship agreements
